This smoker was engineered by a professional designer with 35 years experience in the metal/construction industry serving major industries throughout the U. S. Prototypes of this smoker have been in use for over 5 years. It has been engineered for the average person with ease of use and portability in mind. The dual damper system on this smoker allows you to cook steaks, hamburgers or other comparable meat items in the same amount of time that you could cook them using a charcoal grill. As well, you can use this smoker for slow cooking a whole hog or anything in between, including the veggies! You can even fry fish on top of the Firebox and cook a big pot of chili or toast your buns on the warming table.
The design of this smoker's heat transfer system allows for the entire cooking service to have even heat convection which allows all of your meat to cook evenly at he same time with no flame ups. Unlike many other smokers that have the firebox directly attached to the cooking area which causes one side of the smoker to get much hotter than the other side as well as allowing an excessive amount of ash to enter the cooking area.
The wood box is large enough to hold enough wood for cooking an entire 3 day weekend. Or, if you prefer, you can load the firebox with charcoal.
The cooler rack will hold a cooler large enough to hold enough meat and drinks for a 3 day weekend.
