The scrap consists out of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cutting, bars, etc. ) , Industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. pieces, etc. ) , auto and truck frames and bodies, railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of locomotives and carriages, etc. ) , ship scrap (fittings, plate pieces, parts) , construction scrap (plate bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipe, etc. ) and miscellaneous commercial scrap (appliance casings, frames and parts, etc. ) .

Fineness from 64.5% to 68.4%

All goods sold by the seller will be totally free of any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells and/or explosive materials in any form, used or otherwise, as per the specification below:

Non-metal impurities total of 1% (one percent) or less. All goods sold by the seller will be totally free of any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells and/or explosive materials in any form, used or otherwise, as per the specification below.
HMS 1 ISRI Code 200: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or other scrap < inch or steel scrap < inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 ISRI Code 201: Heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap < inch over in thickness individual pieces not over 36 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 ISRI Code 202: Heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap 1.4 inch and over in thickness individual pieces not over 60 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to ensure compact charging.
HMS 2 ISRI Code 203: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron or steel scrap, black and galvanized. 1/8 inch and over in thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as No. 1 heavy melting steel. Prepared in a manner to ensure compact charging.
HMS 2 ISRI Code 204: Same as ISRI 302 but maxsize 36 x 18 inches.
HMS 2 ISRI Code 205 Same as ISRI 204 but free of sheet iron or thin-gauged material.
HMS 2 ISRI Code 206: Same as ISRI 204 but max size 60 x 18 inches.
Steel scrap defined as HMS 1 & 2 in an 80/20 mix under ISRI codes 200 through 206 and Rail scrap under ISRI 200-206 as defined in the contract.
Non-metal impurities total 1% (one percent) or less no radiation. High carbon steel is not included in this scrap we sell that as a separate item.
USED RAILS ISRI CODE R50 R65
The Seller guarantee to the Buyer that the Goods delivered under the present Contract will correspond to the characteristics shown below:
The Rail shall conform to ISRI CODES R50-R65 and will be used Rail Steel Scrap Standard section T rails original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier. Length up to 9 meters. Material Free from mud, dust, fluff, non-ferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. Free from war and explosives, shells, cartridges, other arms and ammunitions used or otherwise and any closed containers. Free from any radioactive materials, any harmful chemicals, substances, and coatings, any organic waste and any other harmful substances. Dirt, dust, rust, fluff and other impurities not allowed over 1%.

S: 0.04% MAX
P: 0.035% MAX
AS: 0.01% MAX OF MASS SHARE.
ISRI CODE: 50-65 The scrap consists of R50-R65 Rails as R-50 (51.67 kg/m-GOST-7173-75) , R65 (64.72 kg/m-GOST-8165-75) and Length up to 9 meters: Fr, according to INCOTERMS-2000.
All Pricing is CIF.
Irrevocable, Confirmed, Fully-Transferable and Revolving Documentary L/C payable in US Dollars, 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents required within 7 days of the contract signing from a Top 25 World Bank.
PBG Guarantee: Upfront 2% PBG provided by the seller against receipt of the BRL.
The prevailing rates below are valid for 5 days from the date of issue and are subject to changes without previous notice.
PROCEDURES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Buyer sends fresh LOI signed and sealed by buying authority. The LOI must not be more than 5 days old. The buyer also should give a letter asking the sellers bank to do a soft probe.
2. On receipt of the LOI the Seller verifies the LOI and conducts soft probe, the forwards draft contract. No draft contract will be issued prior to this verification.
3. Seller and buyer negotiate and finalize draft contract.
4. Seller releases final contract for signing by both parties.
5. Buyer opens non-operative LC
6. Seller issues Performance Bond guarantee for 2% of the value of LC
7. Seller provides POP against POF (proof of product given bank to bank)
8. Buyers LC becomes operative
9. Buyer can request to send representative to the loading port if desired
10. The delivery begins as per schedule
The seller has AQSIQ Number. The same will be provided bank to bank against POF and POP.
The contract will be made only directly between the end buyer and the end seller to avoid any possible complications.
Please note that the seller will under some circumstances be open to Non-Transferable LC which is also subject to different pricing and is subject to negotiation and mutual consent.
Buyer can request to send representative to loading port if desired
Inspection: To be carried out by any inspecting agency as per the sellers option, and their report will be part of the shipping Documents.
Inspection by the buyer can be done at the yard or at the loading port, but the same is allowed after receipt of the Pre-Advice L. C. from the buyer.
On acceptance of the above offer for HMS 1 & 2 and for Used Rails, we request you to issue the LOI on the buyers letterhead duly signed and sealed with complete banking details to proceed further. The LOI should not be more than 5 days old.
