Payment terms are as follows:

Buyer shall, within 5 (five) banking days after the contract is signed by both parties, open his operative SBLC in favor of the seller at his nominated bank institute.
This SBLC which will have the value of USD xxxxxxx(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) sufficient to cover 100 PERCENT (hundred percent) at sight of the value of 1 (one) monthly shipment of 30.000 MTW (thirty thousand) , minimum +/- 5 PERCENT (+/- five percent) .
The SBLC will be extend another 30 (thirty) days automatically and will be repeated and extended until completion of the delivery of the total contract quantity of 12 (twelve) monthly shipments of 30.000 MTW (thirty thousand) or in total 360.000 MTW (three hundred and sixty thousand) . The SBLC will be come from an international top 50 rated bank.

For DLC payment please add USD 3/MT to the prices.

PB 2PERCENT: To be sent on receipt of non-operative financial instrument.

Packaging: Loose bulk.

AQSIQ: AQSIQ information will be given only with shipping document.
