1. Details of introduction of our inspection services.
> a. PLANT EVALUATION
You may wonder before an order is placed to a new factory. It would be better to know more about the factory before you place the order. It includes two checking points:Technical Audit, which evaluates the capability of factory's production, the management ability, the quality system and the financial condition; Code of Conduct, which generally checks whether the manufacturers comply with Chinese labor law and protection of the environment and etc.
> b. PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION
After the customer places the order to the factory, a visual check on the quality of components, materials, and finished products at the beginning of production against client's specifications and/or reference sample. The PPI thus timely corrections and improvements before the mass productions is initiated; any non-conformity is immediately reportred so as to avoid delay in shipment.
> c. DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION
While the goods are produced about 20%-30% of the order, a visual check on the quality of components, materials,
semi-finished and finished products. Our inspector randomly inspects the production batch and those products in the line for possible defects. If any problem occurs, our inspector identifies the deviation and provides advice on the corrective measures that are necessary to ensure a uniform batch quality and a quality product.
> d. PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
It takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors draw a random sample of fnished goods based on statistical random sampling tachnique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, etc. We check on quantity, workmanship, color, style, function, size specification, packing details, label, etc. to verify that the finished shipping lots conform to your specification.
> e. LOADING SUPERVISION
Before loading, our inspector will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check products' information, quantity, package when loading; supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
2. The ordinary procedure is as follows:
a. Check the production quantity, whether it is conformed to the shipment quantity.
b. According to the shipping quantity and Standard International Sampling plans(MIL-STD-105E, etc. . ) , randomly draw the products.
c. Compare with submitted samples/P. O. information/speicificatioin/instruction manual.
d. Workmanship (Here, an acceptable level is adopted which sets a numerical limit for the acceptance of defects in the sampled lot based on critical, major or minor problem) .
e. According to the product, do necessary tests, including the function test and some special test.
f. Check the packing and shipping mark.
