Working Principles
The materials enter the classifying chamber through the feed system, and fully mixed with the air to make the materials fluidized. The coarse particle settles down due to its own gravity, while the fine powder are brought to the turbine classifying sections by the uprising airflow together with a few coarse particles. The coarse particles and the fine powder will be separated by the centrifugal force of classifying wheels and draught of blower. The qualified fine powders will pass through classifying wheel to be collected by fine-powder colleetion system, while the coarse particles will be letting down along the cylinder wall by centrifugal force and gravity . In the end, the coarse powder will be discharged from the bottom of the classifier.

Performance and Characteristics
LHB Sulperfine Self-diffluent classifier is a new-type classifying equipment, integrating self-diffluent classifying technology and centrifugal classifying technology .

1. The energy consumption can be decreased by 50% under the same throughput compared with the traditional turbo-type classifier , and the classifying efficiency increased by 50%.

2. Compared with the traditional turbo-type classifier , its rotating speed of the classification wheel can be reduced by 50- 60% for the same separating grain size to insure the classification precision and increase the mechanical stability.

3. Its standing structure with single-classify wheel can overcome faults, such as unstable flow-field from multi-rotors structure, low efficient classification, etc.
