NEW PAYMENT AND BANKING PROCEDURES

SALES AND PROCEDURES (REGULAR TRACK)

1. Buyer issues ICPO with banking coordinates.
2. The Seller issues a Draft Contract open for amendment for Buyer'S consideration
3. Buyer executes the contract with authorized signatures and seal, highlighting desired changes and email back to the Seller.
4. The Seller checks and accepts or rejects the amendment of the contract. If acceptable, Seller issues delivery schedule.
5. Buyer issues (MT103/23) or SBLC for the liftable amount, and revolving SBLC/RDLC as guarantee for the difference.
6. The Seller issues Commercial/Pro-Forma Invoice including FULL POP and Dip Test Authorization for the liftable amount.
7. Buyer conducts Dip Test, Confirms Product and Releases Payment to Seller.
8. The Seller commences delivery as per agreed schedule in the contract.
9. Close.

SALES AND PROCEDURES (FAST TRACK)

1. Buyer Issues ICPO to the Seller
2. Seller and Buyer Execute the Contract and lodges same with their individual banks
3. Buyer Swifts MT 103/23 and issues SBLC/RDLC for the difference
4. Seller sends the Buyer a Commercial/Pro-Forma Invoice, Tank Receipts, SGS and Dip Test Authorization.
5. Buyer Conducts Dip Test, Confirm Product and make Payment for Product.
6. Seller Transfers Title to Buyer
7. Lifting of product commences as per mutually acceptable delivery schedule.

ST THOMAS PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller
2. Seller issues Draft Contract and or FCO to the Buyer
3. Buyer and Seller executes the Contract and deposits same with their individual bankers
4. Seller issues Attestation Letter and Pro-Forma Invoice to the Buyer
5. Buyer Swifts a Non-Operative RDLC to Seller. Verbage must be acceptable to Seller.
6. Seller responds with a 1-2% Performance Bond to Activate Buyer's RDLC and deliver a Full POP Document to Buyer
7. Buyer Swifts MT103/23 to Seller to cover the amount of liftable product (volume varies)
8. Seller gives Authorization for Dip Testing only after MT103/23
9. Payment either by Telegraphic Transfer/MT103 is made for the liftable product and Title Transfer.
10. Shipment of the contract volume commences according to the terms of the RDLC or as per delivery schedule finalized between Buyer and Seller.
11. Close.
