It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from crucifer red radish. The product is red anomalus powder, and it can easily absorb damp. It is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. The environment PH value can influence its hue and stability.
