Red radish color is a kind of natural pigment obtained from red-heart radish by extracting and refining. Its main components are anthocyanins in pelargononidin.
Application:Natural color, used in beverage, confections, ice-cream, lipsticks, jams and jellies.
Characteristic: Soluble in water and ethanol; insoluble in oils; easy to absorb moisture and turns into cakes, but this does not influence its use, slight acidic smell, better stablity under light, heat and oxygen.
