Salus, whether full fat or Lite, looks exactly like milk powder and is blended from whey solids, palm oil, glucose, sodium caseinate, mineral salts, wheat protein non-fat milk solids, emulifiers and vegetable gum.
Our product is used not only in the confectionery industry for cakes, breads, biscuits, chocolate and a great variety of chocolate bars but also in the dairy industry to manufacture cheeses, yoghurt, yoghurt drinks and ice cream. It is successfully replacing milk powder in a very wide range of applications. It is also, when mixed with water, a delicious drink that, in my opinion, tastes better than any milk powder solution.
Salus powder has HACCP QA certification, an A rating from the Dairy Food Safety of Victoria and has Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) export certification. It is also Halal certified.
