Sell koi-Tancho Kohaku
The name "tancho" refers to a Japanese crane that is entirely white with one patch of red on its head. The tancho type of koi thus has its red color confined solely to its head. The tancho kohaku, often called simply tancho, epitomizes this type, having no other coloration. With mature skill we can supply you high quality koi at competitive price. It is important to note that Tancho occur by chance, and that this is not a "breedable" trait. There is as much chance of obtaining a Tancho by breeding any two Kohaku as there is by breeding two Tancho. It is also quite common for young Tancho to lose their red due to stress or adverse water conditions. Once gone, the red will never return.
