We have been involved in a wide range of International Development and Financing Projects all over the world. For any project to be considered, we need a completed form AC100 (attached) for each project . . . . Once we receive a completed AC100 we will review the project and discuss in brief with several of our funders to establish suitability for funding and at that stage we can be more specific about the nature of the funding that may be proposed. If the client agrees to proceed we will require to conduct an "On-Site Project Appraisal" and talk with the project promoters, for this we charge a one-off Engagement/Retainer Fee of #1500-2500 Sterling, we also require the client to arrange & pay for a Business Class Return Air Ticket and to cover the cost of suitable Hotel Accommodation and Transport for the duration of our visit! (There will be no progress without this) The Engagement/Retainer Fee covers our cost in conducting the On-Site Project Appraisal and on our return to the UK the preparation and presentation of a comprehensive Funding Application in the format the funders demand and the attending of the necessary meetings on the clients behalf until an offer is forthcoming!
PROJECTS: Infrastructure, Humanitarian, Energy, Hotel & Leisure, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Agricultural, Aquaculture, Shipping, Distribution, Property Development and most viable income producing activities.
FUNDING LEVELS: Minimum application amount US$ 2.0 Million, no Maximum.
RATES: CIRCA US L. I. B. O. R. + 1.5% to 2.5% p. a.
TERM: 10 years to 25 years.
