HEAT PUMP APPLICATION IN THE SYSTEMS FOR WATER HEATING, TRUE RECOVERY OF WASTE WATER TEMPERATURE
Additional Description

HEAT PUMP APPLICATION FOR: Hotels, marinas, auto-camps, hospitals, other facilities which have a high consumption of hot water,

1. EXAMPLE HEATING WATER FOR NEEDS OF AUTO CAMP

The heat pump system installed for the heating water in a sanitary block of auto-camps.

The system uses the waste water warmth of sanitary block. The heat pump lifts a heat and put it back in to a boiler.

Temperature level of sanitary water to a wanted level and then goes to the drain.

The system is designed according to:

Maximum of guests per day: 400

Average guest hot water consumption per day 70-100 liters

Average hot water consumption daily summary 34 m3

Technical data:

Heating power 110 kW

Electrical power 25 kW

Maximum water temperature 65-70 Celsius

Designed average water temperature 40 Celsius

Average hot water capacity at 40 Celsius 4 000 l/hour

ADVANTAGES
Energetically optimal choice, minimal consumption of work energents with maximal heating effect. For the same heating effect this system needs 5-6 times less energy than the electrical or oil boiler plant.
Financial effects of using heat pump gives 5-6 times lower energy expenses. That means that, in comparison with other systems, the investment in the heat pumps pays of in 3-6 years time.
It depends on energy price and hot water consumption.
Ecologically, application of this system means 5-6times less CO2 and other gases in the atmosphere. The waste water separator, which this system uses, prevents draining of unwanted different solid materials in the main drain pipes systems.
Heat recovery from lower temperature waste streams (e. g. , hot water or low-temperature flue gas) Equipment is not fouling, occurring during the handling of -dirty- waste streams, is another barrier to more widespread use of heat recovery systems. Innovative, affordable waste heat recovery methods that is ultra-efficient, are applicable to low-temperature streams and suitable for use with corrosive or -dirty- wastes as well as improved against performance of existing applications.
System dimensions and projecting we are able to project and dimension system for specific demand in range between several kW up MW.

We are offering technology transfer (know-how) or retail for distributors.
